Aug 06,2021Sadly second mattress purchase attempt from this company - again not as described. A soft mattress is not hard! Complete waste of money. Also had to chase for delivery which took weeks again! Will pay more and buy from reputable outlets. In response to reply- the original bed and mattress ordered was beyond stated delivery time! The second purchase of mattress has label stating soft-medium. It is Not ‘soft’

Aug 03,2021Bed severely damaged on arrival after waiting 6 weeks for delivery. Updated: Beds on Legs swiftly rectified the problem and were apologetic. Got to wait another 3 weeks but it seems to be an issue with the delivery company not Beds on Legs.

Aug 02,2021The team have been great to deal with throughout. I was allowed to delay delivery for a prolonged period of time due to house purchases falling through. The bed looks great & was easy enough to put together - few bits that didn't fit exactly but easily fixable & not an issue at all! Part of the bed came damaged and the team sent a replacement out which sadly, also came damaged. This was then sorted another way & I cannot fault the service. The courier company could be changed but damage was not not directly the fault of Beds on Legs.

Jul 30,2021I had some questions about the colour of the bed and the comfort of the mattress and Stuart was extremely helpful. I have ordered from Beds on Legs before and know that the quality and service is excellent but I needed to know that the mattress would suit me and the colour also. He was helpful, polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly Recommend

Jul 28,2021Ordered online. I emailed them to see how long the bed would take . Steve emailed straight back . The bed was delivered a week later . Service was excellent and my son loves his new bed . I have bought 3 beds , 2 years ago from Beds on legs and cannot fault there service . HAPPY .

Jul 23,2021Bed is lovely but the headboard was damaged where you screw it to the bed. The fabric was fine so the damage was obviously done before the fabric was fitted at the manufactures so quality control is not very good. Because you can’t see it when the bed is assembled I decided to keep it but it made it difficult to screw to the bed.

Aug 06,2021The progress of selecting and ordering the bed was very easy. The bed was ready for delivery in a very short time. There was good communication and tracking service and the bed was delivered on a Sunday. The only issue was the outter package was very dusty and dirty which marked all the walls on my newly decorated hall - stairs and landing. Unsure why the packaging was so dirty. I would recommend this company.
