Jun 04,2021Recently ordered the Picasso bed. The bed arrived much earlier than the estimated time given which was great. The bed itself is exactly what I was looking for in terms of size and style. The colour I have to say was not as expected, the picture was slightly misleading however you are able to order swatches which i did not do. Despite the difference in colour I’m still very happy to keep it as it is a lovely neutral colour. I put the bed together with the help of a friend however it’s quite straightforward to do on your own as well. I would use this company again and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. The overall service was faultless from ordering to delivery. Communication was consistent. Very pleased!

May 28,2021Despite having exactly same size bed on the first floor a month ago , folks could not deliver/get it to first floor. Definitely suggest that the delivery guys be trained. Sadly had to return it and lose money.

May 24,2021The bed is sturdy and looks good in the room. It was relatively easy to assemble, my son did it most of it on his own only needing help at the end to get the slats in place. However, the "raising up/storage" mechanism is not great as it is easy to catch your fingers at the end of the bed when trying to lower it. Also, at the bottom of the bed, the top ends of the footboard stick out a bit. You can bash your shins if you forget this as the duvet tends to hide these protrusions (or in the middle of the night with the lights off). Communication re delivery and the delivery itself was prompt and efficiently handled.

May 22,2021Order bed on 3-4 turnaround - took over 10 weeks. Think it was a manufacturing issue but did not feel well updated by beds on legs. Delivery is dispatched on a Friday and then had to wait further 4 days for delivery

May 21,2021Great quality and good value. Much better than ottoman storage beds that only have a piece of fabric Velcro'd base that is next to useless. These have a solid based so your items are not stored on the floor. Straightforward to put together too.

May 21,2021Bed orderd 20th March delivery between 6/8 weeks . No contact after 8 weeks so emailed the company, very quick response to be told the manufacturer said the bed is out of stock and not available till September.. sorry for the inconvenience. That's it ,so had to request a refund which was issued promptly. Although they was no issue with the refund I feel very disappointed that selling beds keeping money for over two month and then issuing refunds no problem seems to me there was never a bed for sale to start with only a ploy to generate cash in bank !

May 18,2021I love my new bed, but I had a couple of issues when I first got it, my fault not beds on legs. The issues I thought I had were explained in a way that didn’t make me feel silly. I would advise giving them a call to check you’re buying the best mattress for the type of bed you want. I can’t recommend this company more highly.

May 18,2021This is the second bed I purchased, it was easy to put together and in great condition. Like the other it's super comfortable too. P.s. It's not easy to tell the colour or fabric on the website, I'd recommend ordering test fabric, which arrives quickly by post.

May 14,2021It was reading reviews on here that reassured me to buy from Beds on Legs so I thought it was only fair for me to add my experience for others. I bought a kingsize bed base and was really impressed with the ability to customise and choose the exact configuration that I wanted, which was something that I didn't really find any of the other websites I looked at offered. The bed base arrived today and I've put it together, it's very well made and finished, far more so than the base it was replacing! It's an end-lift ottoman and is extremely sturdy and has powerful pistons that enable me to raise it with my incredibly heavy mattress easily. I would also like to add that the delivery company was fantastic, brilliant communication to let me agree to a delivery date with notification of the delivery time window the day before and even a phone call an hour before they arrived. Just fantastic. Take note other furniture delivery companies, that's how it's done! All in all a flawless experience!

Jun 05,2021The price of the package was great, but the bed didn’t come in the right fabric we selected. We were told that if we wanted to get it in a fabric swatch not shown online then we would need to choose one of the options available for checkout and then call to have someone manually update the order to the swatch we liked - this did not happen as the bed came yesterday in the fabric that was initially selected. Slightly disappointed that there wasn’t any follow-through with our request, but luckily the fabric originally chosen was not too dissimilar.
