Sep 07,2021We haven't built the beds yet due to waiting for carpet to be laid first but they seem nice and sturdy. A few bits weren't in the best condition so I contacted the company who are sending out replacement parts. So far so good..

Aug 26,2021When I ordered the bed (frame and mattress) I was told I would receive it in a specific timeframe. I waited a week past the delivery time and then contacted customer services who informed me that they had a delay - it would have been nice for them to tell me. There wasn't an option to pay for the bed to be built when it was delivered. I ordered a double bed and one of the drawers has already broken and the double mattress doesn't fit in the bed properly (you can see the slats from the bed). I'm not sure I would purchase from this company again.

Aug 23,2021Ordered a mattress which was the same make and model as others I have bought previously, so easy to choose and arrived in good condition. Beds on Legs offered the best value. 5 *s for the actual supplier. The lost star was for the delivery, which is carried out by a third party. Delivery was nearly 2 weeks, which was not a problem, but there were issues with the delivery drivers who turned up with no face masks - not just not wearing them, said they didn't have one and looked surprised that I asked, even though they were supposed to be delivering inside the property.

Aug 13,2021I bought a divan bed and mattress package from Beds on Legs which was delivered within the timescale that I was given. The pre-delivery telephone communication was very good and quick with no call centre type holdups. The quality is very good and the bed, mattress and headboard were packaged very well with double polythene wrapping fully recyclable. I can fully recommend Beds on Legs for quality and value for money. The only slight negative was that the delivery men seemed to be in a rush and were a bit carefree with the items but no damage was done. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Aug 12,2021We bought a double ottoman lift bed complete with navy blue headboard. This was easy to order online, beds on legs then contacted us to arrange delivery, it was all delivered exactly as had been promised. When the bed arrived, the delivery team were polite and professional and the bed was exactly as ordered. It took my husband about 20-30 mins to put it all together and it looks brilliant. The ottoman storage is really spacious. Headboard is so luxurious, and it looks fantastic. I would definitely order from beds on legs again

Aug 06,2021Beds were delivered as advised. Delivery service good. The beds look great, mattresses are a good depth. The items very well wrapped and the beds are a perfect size for their intended room. Personally I would have liked the option to pay for an unwrap and set up in desired room service. Having a disabled husband I had to manage on my own. Also I would have liked the option for the old bed to be removed. The delivery drivers would not assist me in getting the old bed downstairs and onto the drive despite me offering to pay. The beds look lovely, delivery was great.
