Apr 24,2021Excellent service! We'd been messed around quite badly by another retailer so I was a bit nervous about buying a bed onlinr again. I needn't have worried though. The price was very reasonable and customer services were quick and responsive. My new bed arrived within the advertised timeframe and the delivery company we're excellent too. All in all a good experience. Would recommend.

Apr 22,2021The triple bunk bed was of very good quality and I was very happy with the product. The delivery guys were fine and prompt. However the mattresses were terrible quality springs pierced through the material. They are very uncomfortable yet advertised as premium mattresses. I complained but got no support, support team didn’t believe what I was saying, they refused to exchange or refund. I feel terribly let let down, won’t buy from them again because of the mattresses.

Apr 12,2021Let's start with the product. It is an excellent quality ottoman bed, with sturdy construction, looks luxurious and feels great. The deep storage is a bonus. Ordering was super easy and being able to order swatches of materials before you order a whole bed is really helpful to decide on the right colour! The bed was delivered in a timely manner by a very efficient courier and the assembly instructions were super helpful, as unfortunately there was no option to pay for the assembly, so we had to assemble it ourselves. Two of us did it in a few hours without any issues. Unfortunately, the wrong size support bar was delivered with our bed, which meant that we could not use the bed. We were left in a bit of a lurch for just over 2 weeks having to sleep on the floor waiting for the correct support bar to arrive. The customer service was very polite, kind and understanding, but could have been more proactive. The bar just showed up one day at our door when we already considered returning the bed. We are now glad we didn't. All is well that ends well! We would buy again from this company. Review update 3 years later: we bought 2 ottoman beds from this company back in 2021. Three slats on the single bed broke 6-12 months after the purchase. Super king bed is now unusable, as the support bar which holds the frame in the middle of the bed has caved in. As a result, mattress is sagging in the middle making sleep on this bed a nightmare (pardon the pun!). This bar was originally missing from the delivery, hence one starts thinking it is a strange coincidence. We are not heavy and treated the bed with utmost respect. My conclusion sadly is that the quality of these beds is not good enough, especially for the money you pay. I have reduced my rating from 4 to 2 stars.
