Mar 03,2021I ordered an ottoman bed and a mattress. It took slightly over 8 weeks to arrive. The bed was pretty straightforward to put together and so far everything seems of be of very good quality and the mattress is comfortable - I'm happy with the purchase. My issue was with the delivery firm. I followed the Covid guidelines on the company's website, however the delivery men initially refused to bring the items in and said delivery was to the door only. One of the men then asked how much I was going to pay them there and then to bring the bed upstairs. After I argued with them they eventually gave up on their request for a bribe and carried the various pieces upstairs. A very unpleasant delivery experience overall - they either can't come in because of Covid restrictions or they can in which case they can deliver to a specific room. To be honest I wouldn't be inclined to order from Beds on Legs again as a result. Another company who did my wardrobes also had the same sort of beds available and I ordered a second bed from them instead - they had no issues with delivery and it was a far happier experience. I would recommend that Beds on Legs sort out their delivery partner - asking a customer for cash on the doorstep is really not ok.

Feb 25,2021Headboard Faulty The bed doesn't feel as sturdy as I hoped. The panels are thin. The headboard has a section on that looks/feels as if the stitching is coming undone. it looks very different to the other sections. i have to wait 2 months for a replacement.

Feb 20,2021Beds on legs were really helpful with my order and kept me updated when it was dispatched. The delivery company were good, letting me know the day and time slot for delivery. The bed itself is a really nice quality and we are extremely pleased with the product.

Feb 19,2021Excellent customer service. Delivery within a 3 hour time slot. One of the items was faulty( small crack in base).Raised via email. Reply within an hour and offered replacement or discount on the same day. Could not ask for more

I found the bed was very easy to construct , between my wife and myself,the job took less than an hour to put together. The finished job looked brilliant, just what we ordered. Brilliant, thanks.
