Bed was straight forward to make and looks really good. Mattress is nice and comfortable no longer getting back ache. Overall can’t fault experience and would use again

Jul 27,2022We initially ordered a bed from Dreams in May 2022. They had so many delays that in the end they told us to wait until September if we wanted the bed. Cancelled the order and instead ordered a kaydian bed. It arrived within 2 days, delivery was great, they droppes the boxes inside to a room of our choice, communication was great and the quality of the bed is excellent! I'm so glad dreams took so long, as in the end we got a better quality bed and saved £100.. Great job guys, would definitely recommend.

Jul 18,2022Bought a single Love Sleep ottoman bed from these in April 2021. This bed was for my 18 year old son. Bed seemed decent enough quality. Little did I know. So after 15 months, I now have to buy a new bed. 3 of the support slats for the top section have snapped! This is with him being at Uni for at least 6 months of that time as well! Contacted customer services today and they have said it’s out of warranty so they won’t do anything! Gee thanks. So now I have to buy a new bed and have wasted £300. Not impressed that it’s lasted just over a year and they are not willing to help! You have been warned……

Jul 05,2022The bed I purchased is beautiful. Communication was very good with this company and delivery team were polite and friendly. The build instructions aren't the easiest. The bed did come with a mark on Headboard, and crack and mark to wooden frame and pannel. Once built not obvious, would order again :)

Jun 25,2022For myself I wasn't best happy. I rather expected a cheerful delivery and the bed assembled It was neither. So to warn others. Read the small print as this bed comes in boxes you have to assembly it yourself. Where has the customer care service gone in this country. You can find it only with a limited few companies Most are only for money
