Jan 14,2023While there were delays and a breakage I’m giving Beerhunter 5* for correcting the issues and for their 5* customer service! They have a great selection of products for international beer gifts and they delivered what was sought after much cheaper than other online retailers and replaced like for like with a product that had sadly broken; no fault of their own. Well reccomended and shall certainly let others know. Thank you all!

Jan 14,2023I ordered an advent calender and paid for guaranteed delivery before 1st december. Products still not received and when trying to contact the company i am directed to DPD who have not yet recieved the items.

Jan 13,2023I purchased a personalised item on the 5th December, it was due to be delivered on 15th December, I waited up until the 18th December still nothing. When I checked with DPD they confirmed with me that the parcel was on its way back due to damage in transit which fair enough isn’t their fault, but since then I have sent 3 separate emails asking for this to be resent and have had no response. This was a secret Santa gift now 2 weeks on I still have not heard anything it’s getting ridiculous now and embarrasing the longer this goes on. Could somebody contact me and let me know what is going on, I was informed that a new order would be sent out to me but suddenly you have stopped replying to emails now? *UPDATE THEY HAVE REPLIED TO MY EMAIL BUT NOT MY MOST RECENT ONE, IT APPEARS ALL EMAILS GO INTO THEIR JUNK, PLEASE CAN YOU RESPOND AND SEND MY PARCEL OUT PLEASE*

Jan 12,2023I understand that the festive period is a busy one however I really do not understand how this company operates. It took over 12 days for the dispatch email to come. I had to contact them at day 10 to find out what was happening & was told “Royal Mail Strikes” then 12 days after placing my order the dispatch email arrived. DPD delivered my parcel & they provided accurate updates. Then when the package arrived 1/2 the order was missing, I had not been contacted ahead of this to warn me about this. I then had to contact Beerhunter again asking what had happened (15 days after placing my order) was told that due to a supply issue they hadn’t been able to dispatch all items but would be doing so soon as they were expecting items to come back in stock. Then I got told I would not be getting all the beers just 10 of the missing items & a partial refund for the 2 missing items. I waited 48hrs & didn’t have a dispatch email, I then checked my bank account & saw that they had refunded me for the all 12 missing half of the order. I’m not too sure why they suddenly back tracked & was not given any further explanation.

Jan 12,2023Very good service and the products aren’t overpriced as with most of the competitors. Always a quick turnaround from order to delivery, Christmas was difficult but always updated as to the status of my order, that’s another plus.
