Nov 02,2024Beliani hat eine umfassende Auswahl qualitativ guter Artikel zu fairen Preisen. Meine Produkte wurden schnell geliefert. Der Kundendienst ist, wenn notwendig, kompetent, freundlich und schnell. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem ganzen Ablauf und kaufe bevorzugt wieder bei Beliani. Gegenstände: Ein Sitzhocker/Pouf und eine edle Ständerlampe.

Nov 01,2024In der Wirklichkeit war die Farbe des Tisches viel dunkler, als auf den Fotos. Dazu kam irreführende Aussage bezüglich Rückgaberecht. Das Geld ist in den Sand gesetzt. Ingesamt schlechte Kauferfahrung.

I wanted to take a moment to share my exceptional experience with both orders. From the start, the entire ordering process was smooth and easy. The bed itself is everything I hoped for – exactly as it appears in the pictures -the quality is truly impressive. The LUXUS Mattress was ordered unexpectedly, as I had guests visiting on short notice. I was so pleased when the mattress arrived just in time, and even more thrilled when my guests remarked on how comfortable the whole experience was. Beliani’s reliable service and the comfort of the mattress and bed truly exceeded my expectations. I was also highly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received throughout. Communication was clear and timely, and I appreciated the flexibility to choose and change delivery days as needed. Every question I had along the way was answered promptly, and all my concerns were addressed. A particular highlight was the assembly service! The two gentlemen who delivered and assembled the bed were incredibly professional. They called ahead to confirm their arrival time, carried the bed upstairs, and had it set up in just 20 minutes! Their friendly demeanor, fluency in English, and efficiency made the entire experience seamless. All in all, I have nothing but positive feedback. Although I was initially a bit hesitant after reading some reviews, my experience has been five stars across the board – from the outstanding service and high-quality products to the professional communication and support. Thank you, Beliani, for making this such a pleasant, seamless experience!

Oct 22,2024I purchased a dressing table for 400CHF. Absolutely horrible quality. I had to have parts resent 3 times, taking 2 months in total. The parts sent for the drawers were wrong and didn't hold together, meaning the drawers fell apart every time you tried to open them. When I sent a video to Belliani, their response to me was "to buy some glue" and when I responded saying that this was unreasonable, they sent me a 50CHF refund. The furniture is not usable and will cost me more than 50CHF to get rid of. A complete waste of 400CHF and my time.

Le site est très bien conçu et propose une grande variété de produits de qualité. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le service en ligne qui permet de discuter avec une IA pour répondre à mes premières questions. Lorsque j’ai eu des doutes plus spécifiques, un collaborateur m’a rapidement pris en charge et a résolu mes interrogations de manière très professionnelle et polie. La livraison a été rapide, et le lit est non seulement beau, mais également très fonctionnel. Je recommande vivement Beliani.ch pour leur excellent service client et la qualité de leurs produits !

Oct 19,2024Habe ein schönes Sofa im Beliani Onlineshop gefunden und in meine Wohnung liefern lassen. Das hat innerhalb weniger Tage geklappt und das Sofa sieht genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Alles tiptop!
