Sun 13.03.22 I placed the order & since I don't have that record maybe just maybe I put the incorrect date Sun 13.03 22 @ 22.19 hrs Asta emailed to confirm the delivery date Mon 14.03.22 @ 00.11 hrs I confirmed the delivery date as 16th March 2022 & stated "preferably morning" I gave my mobile number & the recipient email number 14.03.22 email from you to say "that's great, thank" All took place 2 days before due delivery & still until I made 3 phone calls the flowers/chocs were not delivered ... delivery eventually 6pm. So the whole service was disappointing & unforgivable.

Mar 13,2022I live in Australian and made in online order. The flowers and Chocolates we ordered were not delivered. I have confirmed family in Ireland. The address on the order is correct. Not happy. Euro90 spent and no delivery. On questioning, I was advised they were delivered. No other follow up. Am furious and so disappointed. I don’t recommend and won’t be using again.
