Dec 27,2022As per the email I sent on the 23rd of December I was very disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered even though I had ordered it for collection as it was nothing like the picture on the website. I did get a response to my email but think that if a customer cannot be provided with what they have ordered well in advance they should be informed so they can decide to go elsewhere if they want to.
