I contacted Belle Fleurs and they arranged for a beautiful replacement to be sent with a note of apology (although the fault was with the courier). I give 5 stars for the quality of the flowers and the excellent customer service. Thank you 😀

She said they they were the nicest flowers (display and selection) that she had ever seen, and was thrilled. This was my first time ordering from this florist, but it will be my go to from now on!
