Nov 15,2022The staff were so helpful when I asked for changes to the message. They also rang me to apologise that my second change was too late. It's this little count that matters. Also, the delivery was on time, and my friend loved them. The box of chocolate made it extra special.

I chose 'The Jug of Pastel' flowers for a friend who's not well and she absolutely loved them. The cost would suit every budget - I went for the Large size and it was €48 plus €6 for delivery. I was able to add a message as well. I got my confirmation within 2 mins and they were delivered exactly as stated. Excellent customer care if I had needed to change anything. I have purchased from Belles Fleurs before so again I was totally satisfied with everything. Thank you so much for the excellent product and service. I'll be back.
