Jan 06,2021Brought in a bag full of gold dollar coins cheerio coins and the lady at the counter did not even look at I even had a variety of presidents instead of even looking at it, I was told since its face value take it to the bank, this is my first and last time here.

Dec 21,2020when i called your team, your team said that, if I pay cash then I can get gold for the price shown in your website, but when I visited your shop, they said that online price is different from selling price. price showing in website is misleading and your team misleading the customers.

They want people to believe investing in gold Coins is a good thing, well after I tried I see my brother and i are the losers. They also wanted to scratch out my 100% pure gold for their testing excuses. Sayonara..

The handling of the appraisal was flawless and professional. Sorry I don’t remember the gentlemen handling the transaction, but I left with a unexpected check and a complete sense of being treated fairly. Awesome staff.

Jan 08,2021Went in to buy Gold and Silver. At purchase I was given total. After writing check I was informed they had neglected a piece. Not a problem I will bring in another check tomorrow. I was then informed that although they had made an error it was I who would be penalized if the metal went up overnight. I told them that the mistake was theirs and the price should be at least honored overnight. They didnt care. This is exceptionlly poor business.
