Oct 12,2020I was welcomed in and was not treated like a big germ because I'm medically exempt from wearing anything across my face. Customer service was wonderful. I was shown the selling rate for the day and they issued a check within minutes. Bellevue Rare Coins saved me from having to box and ship my metals to California where I bought them. I will continue to purchase and sell more at Bellevue Rare Coins without hesitation. Thank you!

Sep 16,2020I have done 4 transactions at the Lynnwood location.I was treated less than respectfully by a member of the staff on 2 occasions. The others were fine. An order took 6+ months to fill. That seemed excessive to me.

Sep 01,2020If there were a minus star rating this business gets it, however one star is the highest they deserve and here is why. I have purchase 100's of thousands worth of silver and gold from this and other outfits around the Seattle area over the last 15yrs. This Business not only on occasion will sell you scrap (aka melt value) bullion at spot price they also attempt to short you when you want to sell solid 24k (non melt value) at below melt prices. Solid 24k which buy all industry standards does not loose value. Spot price for solid 24k is what solid 24k is worth. This business is attempting to scam you be a smart person and stay away. I have been sold during Covid 19 fake silver rounds from this company as well. Buyer Beware

Aug 16,2020Very unprofessional at the Lynnwood location. Rude and condescending. Ended up going to Bellevue for my appointment to have my jewelry looked at to sell. She offered me an insulting $500 for my 1carat GIA certified diamond ring. I went elsewhere at got a FAIR $1500. These people are Crooks and they are not nice, especially if you are young.

First Time Seller
Aug 15,2020Had an Appt and waited about 20 min after my Appt to get helped. Looked like people just came in without a reservation so it seemed a little pointless to book it. Once I had someone helping me it was quick to sell my bars and coins. Rep was great and courteous and gave me a fair rate. Will buy and sell here again.
