Feb 16,2025The two Benheart one-sized fits all pull over hoddies I received for Valentine's Day, are perfect for the cold temperatures here in Oklahoma. They both pair well with jeans or leggings. The material is so unique, comfortable & well made. Everything we've purchased & ordered has always been top quality with attention to detail. Just like Ben!

Feb 13,2025Ho avuto un problema alla cerniera di una loro calzatura che uso da diversi anni e li ho contattati sul sito per sapere cosa potessi fare, già pensando di doverle buttare. Invece mi hanno risposto subito offrendosi di effettuare ritiro e riparazione per una modica somma. Spno felice di poterla fare riparare perchè per il resto, pellame, cuciture e suola sono ancora in eccellente stato nonostante, ripeto, un uso frequente e per almeno 6 o piu' anni (non ricordo esattamente)

I needed a few tweaks to what I purchased and Julian, in customer service, helped me greatly determine the appropriate measurements. He had the new product made and shipped quickly and communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process.

Dec 19,2024In famiglia abbiamo vari prodotti di BenHeart, acquistati nel punto vendita di Verona, ora purtroppo non più aperto. Recentemente ho avuto un problema con uno di questi tuttavia nonostante l'assenza del punto vendita di Verona e la lontananza da Firenze si sono resi disponibili per offrirmi la riparazione gratuita e si sono accollati le spese di spedizione. Non saprei cosa chiedere di piu da un servizio di assistenza. Bravia siete un modello.

Dec 18,2024On my trip to Florence I ordered a custom made jacket at Benheart's. Unfortunately, it had the wrong colour when it arrived back home in Germany. However, Giuliano from customer service was an excellent help and support and the issue could be solved within no time. The new jacket even arrived before Christmas, I'm so very happy. Therefore shopping experience 10/10. Won't be my last Benheart piece. Thanks so much!

Feb 21,2025Bought when we were in Florence and 2 years later the belt buckle broke. Reached out to let them know that I was disappointed in the quality. I was not expecting anything, but Giuliano reached out and was going to fix the belt, however being in australia they decided to send a replacement. Would definitely go back as well as recommend. It is refreshing knowing that they will fix something if it breaks, not tell you to get rid of it. Thanks Giuliano for turning this experience around ⭐️
