Easy to order and quickly delivered
Online ordering was so easy, delivery was excellent & the product is stunning. Love Bents, visiting the centre is an experience from the restaurants to the shops etc. love it!!
It’s the shop
Out of eleven items ordered and paid for in the sale only two items were delivered. The rest of my order was unavailable and received a refund. Bit of a waste of time going online two days before the in store sale started. However the two items I did receive was great value for money.
Visited whilst the sale was on. Everything was well organised and clearly priced, a genuine sale 50% off all Xmas decorations, tills well manned.
Order status changed to refunded. No explanation as to why. Fortunately I managed to get to Bents (twice) last week (I live an hour away) and bought some Christmas flowers. The store is wonderful.
Absolutely delighted ordered in Christmas Day and it was delivered 3 days later

Good to be able to shop in the sale on 24th Dec when I was told my full order would be completed that week. Then to be told after Christmas- on 28th - that item isn’t in stock was infuriating. I then couldn’t shop on the store sale to see if I could get it. Did get an email about it but still very annoyed that stock levels are not synced with delivery information
Item ordered online is now not available and money refunded. Better system required re stock availability.

I love bents and go frequently to buy groceries and other items, I was very disappointed in ordering on line for the sales. I ordered on 26 th and on the 27th went to the store and saw all the items I had ordered on line, so I did not get them as I had already ordered them. I was told on the 29th that most of my items were out of stock!!! I was very disappointed
Part of my order was cancelled and they said they had done a refund. Not received it yet. Then the part that did come was wrong. 1 of everything instead of two. Again emailed them and they apologised and said would refund. Not received it yet.
