Apr 17,2024Paul and I can only reiterate what everyone else says. Sanjay and Himanshu are outstanding in what they organise for you and their customer service is exemplary. This is most importantly translated into a seamlessly wonderful experience in India. We did a 12 night circular tour around Kerala including direct flights with Air India to Kochi ( do it this is only 9.5 hrs going!!!), Fort Kochi, a homestay (wonderful experience anyway but made all the better as one of the people staying there with us had gone to university with David Nichols of One Day fame so v interesting dinner time chats!), Munnar ( for tea plantations, Tekaddy ( which allowed for a trip into Tamil Nadu to see the difference between states in India), an over night on a houseboat and finally 3 days to recover at Marari Beach. We cannot give high enough praise to our Driver Saneesh who was the most beautiful human being and I cried when we had to say good bye to him. The hotels were brilliant, the experiences fantastic and we felt like royalty the way we were looked after. We spoke to ours who had travelled with other bigger names it and it was clear that the personal attention we were getting from Bespoke India Travel knocked the other guys out of the park. Apr 14,2024Couldn’t fault Sanjay and his team - both in the UK and in India. Sanjay listened to what we wanted and delivered. Our favourite parts were Spice Village and Spice Cruises. If you’re wondering whether or not to book a trip - just do it.

Apr 12,2024We have just returned from the most magical 25th wedding anniversary trip in Kerala and Udaipur. From the very first contact, Bespoke have been exceptional. We're so glad we chose to go with them and would have no hesitation in re-booking. Anil was our main contact who held our hand through all the planning and during the trip itself. What a guy! He is just brilliant and his attention to detail was incredible. He even arranged surprise touches such as beautiful Keralan outfits for both of us and presents for my husband on his birthday. They upgraded our internal flight and even swung an upgrade on our hotel room in Mumbai. And as for the cakes... well, I have put on at least half a stone!! Bespoke have a network of fabulous agents, guides and drivers across India and every one of them was excellent. A particular mention goes to our brilliant driver Sabu in Kerala. I hope he went on to have a well deserved break with his little daughter as we were his last clients of the season. Also Jayant in Udaipur who gave us a framed photo which we will always treasure for many reasons ;) Thank you so much everyone that we met and went the extra mile for us. Sanjay extremely helpful with the planning and got it just right - his recommendation to do 3 nights on the Backwaters worked perfectly. Organisation was perfect to cover the 4 places that we stayed which resulted in a smooth, very relaxing holiday Now planning next years trip with Sanjay:)

Mar 29,2024Having met Sanjay at the Destination Show in Manchester last year we were originally encouraged by his enthusiasm and his obvious passion for India. We'd originally planned our first trip to India, through a major tour company, a few years previously but had to postpone it because of the pandemic. Consequently, having done a little research beforehand we had some idea on what we were looking for and Sanjay put together an excellent tour, mainly in Rajasthan but beginning an ending in Delhi, and taking in Agra, and Ranthambhore tiger safaris too. We had a mixture of accommodation in luxury hotels, boutique hotels, an historic Palace and even a homestay, - all first class, and the programme that Sanjay devised was superb. We had an excellent driver throughout and extremely knowledgeable local guides whenever we stopped to visit sites. We didn't have to worry about anything at all as everything was taken care of and ran like clockwork. There were some fine little touches, and little extras by Sanjay, Bespoke India Travel and the local travel company too which were unexpected and well appreciated by us. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke India Travel to guests looking for value and a tour to remember. Brilliant job!

Mar 29,2024After meeting Sanjay and discussing our potential “holiday of a lifetime”he brought together a fantastic 5 week trip to India. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, great choice of historical places to visit, fantastic choice of hotels, nothing disappointed. We were looked after so well throughout, with local guides and drivers as appropriate. We covered some miles by road, plane, and sometimes train. India as a destination is an experience of a life time and Bespoke India travel are experts in this area.

Mar 17,2024Sanjay expertly formatted our ideal holiday . He always listened to our many requests and tactfully balanced a perfect break . Our driver - Saneesh , was nothing short of perfect , he very quickly sumarised our needs and never failied to meet them . He ensured our safety at all times , not easy on Kerala roads . The accomodation was ideal for us and each venue never failied to meet excpectations . Food was excellent . I would never fail to recommend this company to anyone , it was the answer to everyone's perfect vacation .

Mar 15,2024Sanjay from Bespoke India Travel put together a wonderful trip to Kerala for my wife and myself in February 2024. The whole itinerary was so much better than we were hoping for - the excursions were great, the accommodation was excellent (we especially liked the whole CGH Earth hotel chain ethos). Our driver was excellent; he was really friendly and could not do enough for us. The car was very comfortable and we felt very safe with our driver even through the manic Indian traffic. Sanjay organised a lovely evening on Valentine’s Day at the Brunton Boatyard - a magical sitar concert followed by a delicious meal, all in a romantic setting next to the river and under the stars. We loved the whole trip, but we especially liked the tour of the tea plantation, museum and market in Munnar – the guide was excellent. We also loved the two nights on the houseboat, it was so relaxing, the food was excellent and again, the crew couldn’t do enough for us – we felt really pampered! This trip will stay with us for a long time.

Mar 14,2024Oh I do not have quite enough words to say how happy I was with Bespoke India. Sanjay listened to what we wanted for our holiday and delivered exactly what we asked for. We stayed in Homestays and our programme was loose enough to allow us to do our own thing when we wished. Our driver was stupendous he helped us to see many aspects of Kerala and gave us pointers all along. When I can go back to India I will and I will definitely use Bespoke India our holiday did not have any hitches and I have so many happy memories.

Mar 14,2024Our 3 week tour of South India was meticulously arranged by Sanjay and I can honestly say it met all our expectations. The accommodation he chose for us was a wonderful mixture of traditional homesteads, organic farms, heritage hotels, a super safari lodge and a beautiful traditional houseboat which suited us perfectly. The food was delicious, mostly home cooked and very good value. The tour was a perfect way to get to see rural India with its fascinating history and culture.We had one driver throughout the tour who was charming and very willing to agree to any special requests. He kept the car spotlessly clean, always on time and supplied with water and Diet Coke which is sometimes difficult to find. The one thing I regret is that we didn't stay longer in Kochi, two nights meant we could only get an introduction to this historic city. I guess the only solution is to go back on another trip!

Mar 12,2024What a superb holiday in South India and Mumbai! Sanjay listened carefully to what we had in mind (birding, safaris, beautiful hotels/homestays and some rest and recuperation). Sanjay got it absolutely right! It is called Bespoke India Travel for a very good reason - that is exactly what it is!! Our itinerary required numerous pick ups and drop offs and yet it all ran without a single hiccup in the 25 days we were in India. The drivers we had were fantastic and a number of hotels gave us free upgrades, we suspect because we the owners knew that we were with Bespoke India! We have nothing but praise for Bespoke India and will certainly be taking advantage of their expertise again. I very much doubt that we will ever have a better holiday! An 11/10 experience.

Mar 07,2024We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in India and it all began with a phone call to Sanjay. We spent some time on the phone chatting about the things we liked to do and where we had been on previous holidays and he took it from there, coming back to us with a suggested itinerary. He pitched it perfectly for us, providing us with the perfect mix of accommodation and getting the most we could from the time available. We have travelled by plane, train, boat, tuk tuk and rickshaw and seen some amazing sights. Our drivers and guides have been wonderful. We have come home with the greatest respect for our drivers who so expertly negotiated the madness of the Indian traffic leaving us feeling confident and safe at all times allowing us to relax and enjoy all the wonderful sights along the way. As for the guides, each one was so full of information, not just reciting facts and figures to us but bringing the places we visited and the people who had lived there alive again. They were there to help us on and off the trains, to and from the airports and to check in at our accommodation. They were professional, friendly, so polite and very good company. We stayed in a combination of hotels and havelis, providing great variety and the opportunity to stay in an authentic Indian home, each one having its own particular charm and high point. Visiting India has been a wonderful experience, in no small part due to the excellent organisation and expert drivers and guides that have been with us every step of the way! I would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke India Travel to anyone. Don’t be afraid to use the smaller agents, the service we have received has been personal and second to none. If only there was a Sanjay for every other country in the world I would never use anyone else! Thank you to all at Bespoke!

Feb 27,2024We had a fantastic trip to India. We started on a Golden Triangle Tour from Delhi and then extended our trip to Bangalore flying from Jaipur. Sanjay listened to what we wanted and arranged it just as we liked with the internal flight as well. Everything went smoothly and we felt thoroughly indulged. The flights were at good times, the people we met were friendly, helpful and efficient, the hotels were fantastic and the sights were out of this world. The local guides and our driver were excellent. We really appreciate the hard work that went into making it all work so well. We have already recommended Bespoke India to everyone we know and will continue to do so.

Feb 26,2024Pleasure to deal with a company where you direct with the principal who has direct personal experience of the venues and accommodation and offers derailed first hand information to inform recommendations- all local arrangements went like clockwork- airport meet and transfer , local tours and transfers between the different locations - can’t speak too highly of Bespoke India and Sanjay - and if you are going to India try to find time to visit Amritsar - Golden Temple rivals Taj Mahal and there are other memorable attractions in and around the city

Feb 23,2024I would certainly recommend Bespoke India Travel for anyone wishing to enjoy India, the reps at each location were so friendly and helpful and the guides knowledgeable and so eager to share the love of their country. A special mention to Anil, our driver, a real credit to his driving and very pleasant company. We had a great variety of accommodation, ranging from 5star larger hotels to smaller and more characterful homestays, at each of which once again, the staff going over and beyond to please. From the minute we started to plan our trip, even though pretty much last minute, all went extremely smoothly, so a big thanks to Sanjay and his team.

Having trawled through all the big name stalls I came across Sanjay’s modest display and chatted with him - and instantly knew he would get my business. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and over the next few weeks he patiently planned and replanned our itineraries until we finally got the perfect one. The trip itself went like clockwork with friendly drivers, reps, and guides, who were always there ready and waiting. Everyone was so knowledgeable and eager to please. (A special mention to Ravi, our Golden Triangle driver - such a lovely guy!) The hotels we stayed in were excellent, again with such attentive staff. This was a truly memorable trip and I will definitely be using Bespoke again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

We took the opportunity to extend a business trip and visiting Aurangabad via the train to gain further experiences of India through Bespoke India Travel. Sanjay and his team were extremely helpful both in the UK before we set off and on the ground in India. An all round excellent service that is certainly bespoke.
