Sanjay at Bespoke was fantastic. We were very pushed for time to organise a complex trip to India and Bhutan and Sanjay walked us through the visa systems and hotel bookings. He did masses of work from his end and was incredibly patient with us haha. The trip worked perfectly from start to finish. We had excellent guides, hotels, food... everything. The pricing from all the comparisons i looked at was excellent (although Bhutan is not a cheap location!). We felt massively looked after throughout. I can't recommend highly enough

Sanjay was extremely helpful when I contacted him regarding a visit to India for me and my grandson. Under his recommendation I visited Nittaka an Ayurvedic Retreat which was absolutely amazing and somewhere I wish to return to. The drivers were especially courteous and helpful especially to my grandson. Next year me and my husband hope to visit the North of India and we shall definitely be using Sanjay and Bespoke Travel without any hesitation. Many thanks!

Sanjay’s obvious expertise and enthusiasm for India persuaded my wife and I to choose his company to put together our tour of north India and the Himalayas covering 3 weeks. It was a 70th birthday treat for me and also a chance to visit my place of birth. We spent a few days at the start and end with friends in Delhi and the 3 weeks in between were expertly planned and managed by the Bespoke India team. We are just back to our home in Scotland and I can say, without reservation, that the tour was first class. Our guides and drivers were excellent, we were always met by a company representative at each new destination and we managed to see many of the most iconic sights of India, including a tiger in the wild, the Taj Mahal, the sacred Ganges at Varanasi and the marvellous scenery of the foothills of the Himalayas. We even saw Mount Everest from the plane back to Delhi, an unexpected bonus. Our special request was a visit to the town of Hazaribagh, where I was born, and a visit to nearby Giridih, were I spent the first 2 years of my life. Both were memorable experiences. To conclude, I would absolutely recommend Bespoke India Travel. It is a small company but provides a personalised, first class service.

I had always been wary of going to India because so many friends had had really rough experiences many decades ago. However, thanks to the excellent organization and advice from Sanjay, I had an excellent, practically perfect trip. From being met at the airport to being dropped off at the airport, everything was so smooth and transparent. My driver for the 10 days, Mr. Rohit, was wonderful and made the trip so enjoyable. The inns and hotels had indeed been carefully chosen to make sure I would be completely comfortable but not stuck in some "international" faceless large chain. Thanks to Sanjay and the many guides and companies he works with, I can't wait to plan my next trip to India.

What a fantastic holiday ! Sanjay advised us in detail of what would suit us and he was absolutely right ! If you want an authentic trip to India whilst still enjoying luxury accommodation at an excellent price do not go anywhere else but Bespoke Travel ! The detail of the organisation of the trip to ensure a smooth transition from one place to another was so impressive. Excellent driver in Amoj , great guides and stunning hotels. Thank you Sanjay !

We’re just back from an 11 day trip to Amritsar, Shimla and the Golden Triangle with Bespoke India Travel, organised by Sanjay. The organisation and logistics worked perfectly, guides were excellent, hotels wonderful (we had two upgrades to suites) and the food fantastic. From our initial conversation to the final night of our 23 night trip in Southern India everything was excellent. We had a rough idea of what we wanted to see and Sanjays recommendations and his patience while we chopped and changed at the planning stage couldn't be faulted. Because of his enthusiasm and knowledge even after our initial conversation with Sanjay we felt confident that the trip would go well and we weren't disappointed. Drivers, guides and hotels were all excellent. We decided we wanted to experience Kerela for my husbands birthday but having never travelled to India before we weren't too sure where to stay and what to expect. Having spoken to several travel agents we discovered Bespoke India Travel and Sanjay. Unlike other travel agents our initial telephone conversation was focused on Sanjay finding out what our interests were, what we would like to see and took the time to get to know us. From this information he put together an itinery and over the following weeks he adapted and changed it to our requirements. I have to say he was very patient as we did make a few amendments! From the moment we arrived in Kochi everything was taken care of, his hotel choices were excellent, the gudies and driver were superb, we really feel that we gained a true insight to real life in Southern India. If you want to travel with no worries and everything planned and organised, then Sanjay and Bespoke India Travel will provide a faultless memorable holiday for you.

Sanjay was so helpful and patient in helping us plan our trip to Southern India for a month and was very quick in replying to my e-mails. The private drivers were excellent - friendly and very experienced and good, safe drivers. The hotels were all wonderful and the guides on various tours were also really knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend Bespoke India for anyone who wants just that - a bespoke holiday!

Just returned from a tailor made tour across Rajasthan, starting in Delhi and ending in Mumbai. After researching India's golden triangle tours with a number of tour operators, it was Bespoke India Travel, who created a proposal which was solely driven by us the client. Sanjay's ability to listen to what we wanted paired his knowledge of what would be achievable in a 2 week trip, delivered what was one of the best touring holidays we have ever been on. His attention to detail is unrivalled. What we liked the most was that Sanjay never oversold any part of the trip. We stipulated our budget, the accommodation ratings, hotel locations and transportation across India. Sanjay not only met our expectations but more often than not over delivered, which made our trip even more special. In regards to how the holiday was managed over in India, well all I can say is - seamless. Sanjay, your teams in India are some of best we've ever had. I have to say thank you to everyone for such an enjoyable trip, however Sandeep, our driver on the first leg of our journey, was fantastic as was Mr Singh in Jaipur and Naseem in Mumbai, but really everyone did a fantastic job. Would I use Bespoke India Travel again? Absolutely 100%, if your looking to travel around India, just contact Sanjay. Your in safe hands. Thanks for everything Sanjay, it was really a great trip.

Not one criticism. The holiday itinerary gave us a great experience of Kerala. The efficiency of all transfers, the guides and Pradeep our driver were all fabulous. While Kerala and its people were the real stars of our trip we have to give a massive thanks to Sanjay who put the trip together. His attention to detail and priority to our requirements, including the visa issues, was above and beyond what you might expect from the usual travel agent. Many thanks for a truly memorable experience

Excellent organisation and advice, lots of attention to detail, and a very quick heads-up to let us know the visa situation had changed and we could now get e-visas much more quickly/ easily than the previous system! The local company, Dravidian Trails, who liaised with Sanjay at BIT, provided an excellent driver - Jomy - who went out of his way to make the visit a success, finding the out-of-the-way sites I'd asked for, and being helpful and considerate when we had extra needs (eg antibiotics). The hotels were all good, clean and efficient, and some were boutique/ quirky. Highly recommended - especially to those who are new to India and perhaps a bit worried about coping - all the hassle is taken away from you, and all you have to do is enjoy yourself.

We have just returned from a wonderful, colourful, exciting 3 weeks in India. Sanjay and his team at Bespoke Travel - both in UK & India - are top class. From the very first contact Sanjay listened to what we wanted to see, offered advice and tweaked our itinerary until it was just right. On the ground in India we felt so safe and were very well looked after. The drivers and guides were excellent in every way, the hotels were superb and the variety of experiences exceeded our expectations. We absolutely recommend Bespoke India Travel and will certainly use their expertise and services again.

Sanjay has a great deal of experience in travel to India. He organised a wonderful holiday travelling through Tamil Nadu and Kerala. His attention to detail is excellent and he was particularly helpful in guiding us through the visa process when the Evisa system was suspended. Furthermore, he went the extra mile when covid hit in 2020 to preserve our holiday so that we were able to travel as soon as practicable after restrictions were lifted. This was a hugely impressive feat for which we are immensely grateful. This was a truly impressive holiday assisted by Jomy, our driver/guide with impressive local guides at all the key points of interest. When we return to India (as we shall) we will undoubtedly be back in touch with Sanjay.

Where to begin? We wanted a different type of honeymoon, one which combined new experiences, adventure and relaxation and we couldn't have asked for a better trip organised by Bespoke India Travel. Sanjay made the planning process so easy; he has a wealth of knowledge and experience and found places for us to visit that we otherwise would have missed. Once the trip started everything went so smoothly. The local reps made the transitions to each city go flawlessly and the local guides were incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming and adapted their tours to suit us. We also want to give a special thank you to Mr Singh, our driver, who we think is the best driver in India. He took such good care of us and happily accommodated our extra requests. It wouldn't have been the same trip without him. The trip was a perfect balance between luxury, staying in the most beautiful hotels, and getting to see the true side of India. We would definitely travel with Bespoke India Travel again, we can't recommend them highly enough.

Sanjay of Bespoke India Travel arranged a fantastic tour for us travelling from Chennai to Cochin over 17 days giving us plenty of time for sightseeing without rushing. Our driver, Jomy, was fantastic, very accomadating and very helpful arranging extra visits and stops. Everything went very smoothly.

We had the most perfect holiday imaginable arranged by Sanjay of Bespoke India Travel. Our driver Jomy helped and advised us at every stage of our journey and the car was immaculate and extremely comfortable. All the arrangements ran like clockwork and we couldn't fault any of the lovely hotels where we stayed. We were contacted on several occasions during the trip by Anesh, the Tour Representative to check that everything was going well and according to plan. We were so grateful to have Sanjay's help prior to the journey, with the challenging Indian Visa! Thank you for a really wonderful and exciting experience

We have just returned from 17 days in Kerala with Bespoke India Travel. The holiday rates as one of the best holidays I have had, largely due to Sanjay's organisation and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble. Over there, all the guides and drivers were first class, were always on time, and easy and friendly to talk with. The itinerary was very well planned, with the right combination of things to do and see and periods of relaxation built in with not too great distances to travel. The hotels were 5 star and everything worked like clockwork. I felt confident that should anything have gone wrong it would be dealt with efficiently by the company. I would definitely like to go with Sanjay and Bespoke India Travel again in the future.

I have just returned from a 14 night trip to Tamil Nadu and I can genuinely say, the organisation of the whole trip was faultless!! The design of my itinerary with Sanjay was thoughtful and took into consideration all my requirements. The individual hotels were just perfect for me and the local guides all attentive and welcoming. Special mention must be made of my driver for the full trip, Mr Biju, who most importantly was very safe and also very attentive and thoughtful too. An excellent experience!!
