May 11,2020I have recently used Balmer Wilcock to rent a private rental property for my daughter We approached 3 Local Councils and 4 other housing providers who provided no support whatsoever for a 19 year old Care worker working fulltime in a national pandemic. I have experienced a first class customer service provision from Balmer Wilcock in Leigh. The service was caring quick and understanding of this exceptional case. Particular credit must go to Ellen Taylor who was in every way working around the challenges of the pandemic to house a young vulnerable person and to support me as guarantor. Always knowledgeable, professional and understanding. Was given help throughout the process. I envisaged a stressful few weeks and it was completely the opposite.

Feb 11,2020I recently used Balmer Wilcock to sell our house after struggling with another estate agent. They were excellent to deal with from the beginning to end. They set up a stunning 3D tour of the house and great photos, kept me updated regarding viewings and advised me about the price to ask. No call was too much trouble and a big thanks to a Becca for pulling out all the stops. Once under offer it went to a different team to take it through to completion. Angela was top class in liaising with our buyers and all the solicitors in the chain. She even dealt with our vendor’s estate agent who commented about how friendly and efficient she was. On the day of completion there was a mistake caused by a solicitor earlier in the chain. Angela came up with a plan which was acceptable to all parties and we were able to sell and move into our new home. Many thanks to the team at Balmer Wilcock. I’d definitely recommend you

We were informed by Angela at every step of the way and she really did make it a much more pleasurable experience despite a few unnecessary delays on behalf of the solicitors at the final stages of the sale.
