It took 5 emails to finally get the return mailer and then they charged a return shipping fee of $23 on a $52 item,, Add insult to injury, it was defective as the screws didn't work but wanted to pay me $5 to keep it or charge me $23 to return something I didn't want. I would not deal with them again.

We sent the item back and we should get a full refund plus our shipping cost. No refund to us for our cost of return shipping! Not cool!
