Sep 03,2023Item arrived quickly but what cumbersome to put together. I had to ask for help. BUT the size of this chair is small, low to the ground and fits a child or young adult maybe. Low backed and low to the ground, reminded me of a beach chair almost. Not good for adults so not as described for my reason for low score

Sep 01,2023This company is a complete scam. Horrible communication and their 30 day return policy is a lie. They just scammed me for $400. The product they shipped came damaged and in brittle packaging. Not to mention the quality is garbage. While trying to assemble I found a number of damaged parts which made assembly impossible. They refuse to take it back and refund me. Overseas company with no regard for customer service.

Aug 25,2023The flame does come out but even on low it burns and gets too hot inferior not working properly being a chef I know how to cook on this type of equipment it is not new to me it just does not do well the cooking grate is too close to the flame . It is dangerous and unsafe to use worst grill ever.....

Aug 10,2023I bought a portable Shed from this company and for one it was false advertised as it was not as big as it said and then when I tried to return it all I got was questions and still have not yet received a return label for a refund. I don't know about their customer service on the front end but on the back end when you need to return something it's terrible.
