Jul 21,2023I went online and search for outdoor furniture for my very first brand new home with a yard. I was so happy to have a yard never had one and I always wanted one for my pets. Anyway, so in my search I came across bestoutdor.com and from the pictures of the furniture was absolutely amazing. I bought two lounge chairs, wicker table and chairs, nine piece set and 15 foot umbrella. Once my merchandise was delivered, I had to hire someone to put it together because of my disability I can’t do these things, and once I found a company to put the furniture together, professionally all the pieces, he called me out and wanted to show me that the table did not lined up to the holes on each of the bars, and he tried changing each one of them anyway he could get the holes to line up. I contacted customer service after I saw the outcome of the table I purchased there was spaces in between you could see the holes didn’t lineup at all. I really wish they would allow pictures on here because I could send you them all because I made sure to take lots of pictures and it was a good thing I did as they were putting the table and chairs together because bestoutdor.com sent me an email asking me to send them all the pictures and I said happily. All of a sudden I get an email telling me that oh no, you put the table together wrong and they started sending these video and diagrams. That are on the website for anyone to review on how to put the furniture together. I saw at all on the website, I went through it with the professional that I hired to put the furniture together again it was a professional company. bestoutdor.com Customer Service started sending me emails telling me that this is done wrong that was done wrong and blah blah blah and I showed them pictures saying no the holes don’t lineup and the professionals that I hired they actually showed me and try to put it together different ways to make it look nice, but was unable to so that’s what I contacted bestoutdor.com but yet again they still gave me a hard time and they did not want to send any replacements at all and kept trying to blame it on me or I should say the professionals. I decided to wrote a review and I posted it here on this site and once bestoutdor.com saw that they emailed me and told me if I take the review down they would send me the pieces, so of course I agreed I just wanted my table and chairs to look nice the way it’s supposed to. So bestoutdor.com stuck to there word and sent me the pieces after going back-and-forth 10 to 15 emails and videos, and in every email they would blame me the disabled person that I keep telling them it wasn’t me that put it together. So finally, I started receiving a couple of boxes I said OK I got my new table I said great it’s over well needless to say all the pieces weren’t in there and then I noticed it said on the box 1 out of 4 the 2 box said 2 out 4. That was the last I didn’t receive anything else the table was incomplete. I was like are they kidding and I did not want to keep doing this. I only got two out of the four boxes. I give up at this point I don’t care about the table and chairs anymore. I just can’t do it anymore, I had tears in my eyes, because it was so upsetting to me. They were taking such a great experience, buying a brand new home, my first one, and it was slowly becoming a nightmare. So at that point, I was just ready to wash my hands of it and consider it a lost cause until I noticed the two chairs lounge chairs that I bought started rusting a week after I had them out I took pictures and I sent them over because I knew bestoutdor.com were going to ask for pictures. I sent the pictures to bestoutdor.com and sure enough I get an email from them, of course telling me something I did and I informed them that I wasn’t looking for anything. I just wanted to show them how their merchandise was doing after one week outside. Meanwhile, they’re supposed to be rust proof. They took a wonderful experience of buying my first new home and turning it into a nightmare. I have emails and pictures to prove everything I said here. I’d be more than happy to provide it to the website that does the reviews I wish they would allow me to post them. I really hope and pray you all have a better experience than I did because they were terrible. Beware when making an online purchase. Good luck!!! I also learned a very valuable lesson. Don’t compromise yourself. I would’ve left the original review, instead of letting them buy me off to remove the original review! I love the reply that bestoutdor.com sent over. It’s hilarious! At my expense of course! They made it sound like it’s no problem, It was no problem for them because they didn’t do anything for me. I ended up losing $1100. God doesn’t like ugly and that’s all I want to say about their reply!

Jun 30,2023We purchased 3 outdoor umbrellas for our business. Within just days of the 3 month warranty expiring, 2 of the 3 umbrellas fell apart. The metal just snapped off. We haven't had any major weather, wind, or unusual use. Just open and close each day. They must just be really cheaply made. We asked for an exchange but the only recourse is an $8 refund. We definitely won't be purchasing from this shop again.

Blake was such a nice person to work with and was also right on top of everything. The workmen were on time, worked HARD and were very courteous, professional and cleaned up after each day.
