this item was poorly done w font hard to read and didnt ask for my approval first. they shipped it to my friend (it was a surprise for the loss of her dog) and then sent a better one but it was still disappointing and i feel like had it been my mistake as a seller i would have at least gave me a discount. it was almost 100.00 so giving me 20% off or something would have still made them money, all i got was im sorry.

It was a perfect gift for my parents of my nephew who passed in a tragic car accident. They loved the 3D rectangle, captured him perfectly. Absolutely beautiful ❤️‍🩹

I was counting on a quality gift to give to my nephew and both times it was cracked and you could not even see the image of my other nephew on the keychain very sad that I couldn't get this gift

I ordered a necklace with photo of my dog. The necklace that I received did not have a visible photo on it. I contacted seller and returned necklace. They apologized and said that the settings were not accurate and that it would be redone and I would be sent another. I did receive another necklace and looked exactly the same as the first one.. No recognizable picture on the necklace. Then I requested a refund. Did receive refund, but minus the shipping cost… Very disappointed that item was not as advertised and still was charged shipping.

This is the 3rd small heart pendant I’ve purchased for my mother-in-law. She somehow damaged the first one and lost the second one. It’s her favorite piece of jewelry. It’s of one of the last photos of her and her husband before he passed away. I put it on a sturdier chain this time.
