I wanted something that was different, that they could cherish and look at everyday. Just hearing the excitement from my grandparents on how much they loved the gift. I also picked their favorite photo. My grandma shows everyone that comes to visit. Would definitely order again as shipping was super quick and customer service responded quickly to my emails as well.

Oct 16,2023I was so disappointed how my ornament came out. My late grandfathers eyes were completely done differently from the photo I sent in. It’s like you put someone else’s eyes on him. Eyes are everything you shouldn’t change people’s appearances.

Oct 16,2023The picture i sent was a scan of a very old photograph, but the quality on the ornament was still exceptional. They even made an edit of the photo without me having to ask (the top of a girl's head was cutoff in the photo, and they fixed it on the ornament). I'm giving this ornament as a gift and i already know the recipient is going to love it. I would definitely purchase from 3D Laser Gifts again
