False advertisement I received an email that showed a 3D crystal and said buy 1 get 1 for 50% plus take an additional 10% off of your order with this code. I placed my order and it wouldn't take the additional 10% off of my order. I contacted customer support and was told that it couldn't be combined with my order. I told Kassie that I got the email and sent screenshots since I was unable to forward the email. I never heard back nor did I get an additional 10% off of my order. What's sad is I have spent hundreds if not over a thousand dollars buying these things for my wife and for our kids and grandkids over the last 5-6 yrs. It's just very sad. I got the 2 crystals that I ordered and they were as expected. Just very disappointing. Might have to look elsewhere in the future. This is in response to the reply from 3D. If you read my review, I clearly stated that I DID reach out to you about the issue. That someone named Kassie responded and never responded again. I leave good reviews as well and have left good reviews regarding your products in the past.

I had ordered 2 medium size crystals and was not happy with how the picture had turned out but Kayla from the customer service support was wonderful and helped me fix my order without any issues!! The team fixed the picture and they turned out BEAUTIFULLY!! I couldn't be happier with my purchase!! Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

The ornament was perfect! But the stand that I ordered for that ornament was the incorrect color. I tried reaching out twice to see how to go about getting it corrected but never received a reply. It was a gift for my friend and I was bummed that the stand I paid $20 for was incorrect. I work in customer service for an online company and I understand that mistakes happen...I just wish that I could have received a reply to make the mistake right.

Requested was a Name put on a keychain and 3D Laser Gifts didn't bother to ask me if I still wanted the keychain or not, They just took my money and sent the keychain minus the name. If asked, I would have cancelled the order and found someone else to do it. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive keychain of no use to me. I won't be dealing with them again.

The website is easy to use. Love that I can use my own graphics and see how it might look prior to ordering. The items were produced as designed and arrived promptly and well packaged. No hidden set up charges or handling fees.
