Jun 03,2023Wow, I’m very pleased with my purchase! Got this for a retiring Navy Dentist. I cannot wait to give it to him. I was nervous it was going to be too small. But I picked out the large and it is perfect in size with the stand. Definitely quite expensive. But I’m so happy with the product and believe it was the perfect gift item! The shipping process was probably the best I have ever seen. I was completely kept in the loop throughout the entire shipment process of my product. And I mean every step of the way! It blew my mind lol! The gentleman who made and sells the product was very kind and definitely seems to know what he’s doing. I cannot wait to gift this item! Thank you for such a cool product. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive lol.

Jun 03,2023Not happy. I ordered a necklace (with her dog's pic) for my wife for Mother's Day. Necklace arrived intact and everything was great. She wore it a couple of times and was thrilled with it. When she wasn't wearing it, it was hung by the chain. She walked in the other day and saw that the whole picture was covered by microfractures....she was heartbroken. I asked and she said that she had taken great care of it and it had not been dropped or damaged by her. How could this have happened?

They are both in their mid-90's and it's difficult to find an impressive gift for them as they don't really ask or need anything at their age. They were VERY astounded by the 3D crystal photo, as it was something they never seen before. My grandmother is current displaying this in a safe spot in their home.
