May 25,2023I purchased this pendant, with a picture of my parents, when my beautiful Mom passed away. I was sooo excited to receive it. Unfortunately, when it arrived I couldn’t even see the picture. I was beyond disappointed. I wish that I would have been notified if the picture I selected wasn’t a good choice for this type of process. Extremely disappointed. I’m not going to return it-because for the price point it’s really not worth it. I’m giving 2 stars because I received it promptly, which is always a plus.

May 25,2023I think the face turned out good but her hair looks fake and her body and shoulders are a long ways from even with her face. Just didn't meet my expectations for paying over $110.

May 24,2023The four star rating is a result of first, shipping the wrong product, but once I contacted them the quick action that ensued was brilliant. It is understandable to ship a wrong product as I work in a manufacturing facility myself and understand the logistics that come with such an operation. The desire to make it right as quick as possible was correct and welcomed. The product itself was fantastic and my wife really appreciated it for mother's day. Thanks y'all.

May 24,2023The key chain was crystally pretty but what was etched in it could barely be seen. There were little batteries so thought it lit up to see the etching better, but we couldn't get it to light up at all. Neat concept but my early gift for my sons first fathers day to new twins turned out to be a bust.
