Feb 27,2025Along the lines of other reviews, I can confirm that during the application process, if there is a hitch, BHG will ghost you. If you call in, the response will always be your representative is not available and they will not return your email. Highly unprofessional, especially once someone is past the pre-approval point. They need to learn to pick up the phone to either smooth out a misunderstanding or resolve a glitch with their system.

Feb 26,2025They are relentless and will not leave you alone, even after requesting via email and phone MULTIPLE TIMES to take me off their mailing list. Their terms are also terrible and they are basically praying ok the financially illiterate.

So few institutions are willing to lend large loan amounts these days, and when they do, they torture you for weeks to months. Not with BHG. I appreciate BHG very much.

Jan 28,2025I will file a harassment complaint against this company if they do not stop contacting me. I have requested this company stop contacting me several times and they have continued to send marketing postal mails approximately once every 10 days. In the fall of 2024, I added my name to the National Do-Not-Call registry and tried other methods to stop all of this unwanted mail. Most mail stopped but BHG letters continued. Approximately 2 months ago, I called again and dedicated some time to having a representative agree to remove all my contact information. They agreed, but said it would take 45 days to remove my name from the list. I thought that was outrageously long, but said "fine". They assured me the last mail would arrive on January 16, 2025. I have since received two more mailings from BHG. Finally, I called today and reached a young man named "Jason". He said they had complied with my removal request but refused to say how they had complied. I asked for more information but he abruptly hung up on me. Several minutes later, I received text messages from local car dealerships saying that they were responding to my inquiry for a new vehicle. I asked them to verify the source of the inquiry because I suspect it was Jason. They said they would look into this. More to follow there. A BBB complaint will follow, and I am considering a harassment charge in the local FL district court. Good luck, Jason.
