Dec 13,2017Bought a dog coat from another company but it was not true to their measurements and had to return it, whereas Big Dog World's measurements were spot on. Delivery took a little longer than some other companies but everything was in the one parcel and packed well.

Jan 16,2018I ordered a coat for my large dog. I followed the on screen instructions to measure him for the coat. Coat arrived and was too tight at the belt. I contacted them 4 different times requesting that my refund includes the postage costs as the item was not fit for purpose - I followed the instructions and it was too small. I also requested a returns label many times. The 4 different e-mails were partially answered at times, the questions regarding my postage refund were all ignored. Very unscrupoulous way to run a business. I would have used them again had they refunded my postage costs. I have now escalated this matter to trading standards.
