Feb 20,2013Ordered online and received confirmation within minutes. Next day an email to inform me it had been dispatched and courier would contact with delivery details. Received both email & text with details and options. I opted for a date two days later when I was available as I don't like to bother neighbours. On the morning of delivery courier text with a one hour delivery window - WOW how convenient is that? True to form delivery arrived bang on time. I really rate this company both on price and device. WELL DONE.
