Mar 09,2013Been using big dog world for a few months now. Their delivery is the best with next working day and the courier texts you to tell you the hour time slot. Prices on the food we order (royal cannin) for our Newfie are brilliant too it does mean we have to get him a treat each order to make the free delivery (£45 I think) but he doesn't seen to mind. Would highly recommend.

Mar 07,2013First time I've used this supplier for food. Our golden retriever is on Orijen because of a gluten intolerance. Best price was the reason I changed supplier. Ordered one day and it was delivered the next and with a timed delivery which was really helpful. I think this service will be hard to better anywhere.

Signing up to the website was very easy and painless. navigation of the productst and services very simple, my check out with paypal fast. The site has everything i need for my "Big Dog" and will try the service once more but if the delivery is gonna be "iffy" i'll probebly use someone else. I would like to continue though.

Mar 01,2013I needed a big dog ramp quickly for my Newf, who was going in for TPLO surgery, and for my aging Lab. Neil was very helpful with my questions. He also was completely great about handling my location (outside the UK) billing address (UK) and delivery address (different UK location)--and seamlessly got it all juggled and out to the delivery company on the same day. The order (for ramp plus two different kinds of kibble) involved questions, explanations, a delivery-instructions mixup on my end, and nothing but unflappable good humour on Neil's end. This was my first exposure to Big Dog World. But I quickly became a loyal customer, and will definitely be taking my pet money to Big Dog World again. Super job and exceptional service!

Feb 25,2013This is the third or maybe fourth time I have ordered with Big Dog World - never normally have any problems although this last time after receiving an email to confirm a delivery date and time the driver never turned up because they had too many deliveries - this is what I got told by Big Dog World after ringing twice to chase delivery. Delivery came the next day but in the meantime I had wasted my time waiting for them (I could have been informed) and had run out of food in the meantime so still had to go out to make a purchase elsewhere. No offer of refund/discount for complication which would have been nice - not sure if I will risk placing an order again.

Feb 21,2013I couldn't believe how quickly and effortlessly my order was handled. My Bernese Mountain dog, Tess, is 7 going on 8 years, and although she is reluctant to admit it she does have trouble getting into the car.....especially after a long walk. She doesn't like the ramp but then again she doesn't like new things! LOL! She managed it without trouble BUT hates going DOWN it.....all these issues are psychological and I am sure as time goes on she will confidently use it without fuss! We, on the other hand, are very pleased with the product - it folds and unfolds easily and WORKS....plus now we don't worry so much when we have to park somewhere where access is difficult!
