Feb 18,2022Its takes a long time to get to someone when you have a problem, due to the chat and hours. I had a log in issue and chases them around internet which got a response. After which they solved it quickly. Can't do 5 yet because I am still waiting to experience the rest of the process.

Feb 17,2022Easy to use and plenty of help articles if you get stuck. The support team is also fairly response. For videos to use in ads, this is by far the best way to scale creation efforts.

Feb 16,2022bad experience. Received my video after 9 days, with very basic quality, the creator just didn't seem to engage. Also, the customer support was one of the worst ever received, took 5 days to reply to me, they apologized and then once again took 2-3 days to get back to me. You won't see my money again.

We asked for some revisions even it's already outside the given timeframe and the Billo Support Team was really great in helping us. They were able to accommodate all our add-ons without additional cost! We will definitely use Billo again in the future! Great job guys!

A tip i would give to people who want to use Billo it so have a clear brief setup: aesthetic, look, instructions, so you get what you are looking for.
