Dec 30,2021Half of the ads so far have been good! The other half have required edits. The proposed/estimated turnaround times have been slower than usual. In one case up to double with no proactive communication or valid explanations. The turnaround time for edits has been extremely slow as well (we still have not received the first edits from a week ago).

Dec 29,2021The concept is good, but their execution is bad. Very poor quality of service. The creator reels looked good and then the actual video they produced was so bad. Poor video and audio quality. No quality control.

Dec 23,2021I tried Billo, using promo code during Thanksgiving and I'm glad I did it! I worked with 2 creators and they are awesome. I also love their system, it's very easy to work with. Keep on good work! I would do it again when I have another product.

Dec 23,2021I've been a user at Billo for about a year, having bought their services 4 times... and I have honestly nothing bad to say! They do a tremendous job at the company. The UX is very user friendly, the customer support is amazing and rapid fast and best of all: my CTR on ads went from 0.3% to over 7%. Just make sure to give the creators a good brief and you have one of the best services in e-comm atm.

Dec 22,2021Billo has been super helpful in getting great content creators for my products! The only thing I wish was that the line of chat between me and the creators was quicker. The products that I sell have a lot of customizability with audio and video uploads that I am not able to ask creators for directly in the task so I have to always go through a rep which makes it a little bit longer. Another alternative would be if I could give the creators a discount code to purchase anything from my store, since this eliminates me from having to chat with a rep to get creators' preferences.

Dec 17,2021It just takes too long. Alot of the influencer look unkept. I had one influencer keep me waiting for 2 weeks which was an edit request.

Dec 31,2021it was extremely slow, especially just to get the txt on there. Then it was finally handed over and some words were spelled wrong. Nearby had a space in it in big letters at Near by. I didn't even bother to wait for it because it was just atrociously slow and unclear when I would get this content
