Absolutely awful been waiting for my order for a year, just been told it's been put back again. Huge waste of my time I'd advise anyone to stay away from Bilstein as you'll get constant push backs for delivery dates.
Needed some parts for my Ford Ranger 2.2 TDCi XLT Super Cab Pickup 4dr Diesel Manual 4WD Euro 5 (150 ps) back in March. I called them up to find correct part for vehicle Gave them full details and reg/vin number was told what to order. Had shocks fitted and have been suffering bouncing ever since. Called them up they now say incorrect parts ordered these are not for the 4 x 4 version. They tell me unless I can send them a screen shot of a phone call ( what planet are they on). Asked for a copy invoice funny how the invoice from back in March has todays date on it 09/08/2022. I would suggest you don't waste your money with these robbers

Initially finding the part and ordering was straight forward and easy, the unfortunate part was getting quick responses to questions about the order (this maybe due to lack of staff) and not getting an email with tracking number once the parts were dispatched which I contacted customer services about but didn’t get a reply until a day after the parts had arrived.
Like many others reviewing this company, I initially thought that I was dealing with Febi Bilstein. This is incorrect. This company is a Febi Bilstein Dealer and has no other affiliation with the Febi Bilstein company. They are two separate entities and should not be confused as the same company.

Bilstein is very disappointing, i called for a shock recommendation and after installation, the shock is worst then stock shocks. I have complained several times to get better shocks and got to a point of no response! INCREDIBLE BAD COMPANY!!!!
I ordered the stock on the 12th of April and received it in the 13th of May. It was driving me crazy. But Timi from bilstein was responding very fast on every issue. It was the forwarder who made a mess out of it. Service from Bilstein is in fact a 5 🌟
Not sure why reviews not great but I had A+ service , I ordered 2 left fronts by mistake, they immediately called and rectified . Arrived next day , now on car within 24 hours ..superb service !
Fitted B14 kit end of 2018. Mot advisory Oct 21 that springs corroded front and back. Called Bilstein'support' Leicester office, to be told that only 2 year warranty on the components. Only USA has lifetime warranty. Anyway absolutely no help from Bilstein the springs are scrap and need to be replaced. So do I spent 200 plus 500 quid fitting new Bilstein springs only to have to do it again in 3 years? I think not.
I have a question for Bilstein regarding thier products. Big Customer support icon on the home page - no link/no customer support No contact details on the home page either phone or email. Suggestion to contact via LIve Chat - no live chat. Received an email about items in my cart with a email link for the sales department - Hooray! I can speak to someone - email bounced back , email account does not exist. Mr Bilstein, in the new world of e-commerce contact with your customers builds trust and leads to sales. Maybe you should have a think about that while I go and buy your competitors products
I had a bad 6112 Strut bad right out of the box. Bilstein would not warranty it our because i had a leveling kit on it. Dumbest thing i have ever heard. Hello suppose to be an off-road shock. Don't buy. They do not stand behind their parts even if the part was bad out of the box.
My overall experience wasn't too bad. I emailed them to get an estimate on a delivery date and they told me they had them in stock so could be anywhere between 1-4 days. I told them to go ahead and send them. The only problem I had is they didn't give me any shipping updates and didn't respond to my email agreeing for them to be sent. So I had to cancel my appointment with my garage because as far as I was aware they hadn't even been dispatched and I wouldn't want the garage to lose out on a significant amount of time that they could potentially spend with other customers. The suspension surprisingly arrived very quickly, but now I'm having to try and make new arrangements with my garage to get them fitted.
No communication, no return phone calls, no explanation of what is happening, massive delays, and constantly told the person I need to speak to has gone home. I used Bilstein on rally cars for 34 years but no more , appalling unprofessional service
Ordered expensive pair of shock absorbers with EDC (damptronic) for my BMW F31 to find out THEY ARE NOT IN STOCK till end of next month at least! Over 2 months waiting? What a joke! They haven't changed description to "out of stock" even few days later. I'm now fighting to get my money back as they stopped replying to emails. Lucky me I paid with credit card so I'll get my bank involved to get full refund
Absolute time wasters. Took my money then said parts need to arrive from Germany when promised next day delivery on the phone. Do not deal with these clowns.

Oct 29,2022Ordered struts for my car back on June 11/2022 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!! After 12+ emails they finally replied to me and I still have no more information than before!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
