May 11,2019I want to suggest about packing: individual packing of shocks not sealed, due to this package opened during handling in transit, here the screws may lost but that not happened in my case. I received my shocks in good excellent condition

May 08,2019Poor quality, shocks failed w/in 3000 miles. Customer service denied our claim because we told them we went to Joshua Tree National Park and drove on one of their old dirt road. They said off-roading is excluded and "abuse" of the product. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.

Apr 29,2019Incorrect Item sent and price is 80% CHEAPER. I have ordered Bilstein B12 Pro Kit however i received BILSTEIN B8. The price of the item i ordered is 80% HIGHER than the items that i have received. Until today there is no solution if i should return the items and get refund. Or return the items and get the correct replacement.

Mar 14,2019I was able to get my shocks from them when no one else had them available. 6 months of searching with no luck but these guys had been it. Price was a bit over the others but at least they had availability.
