Jan 14,2021The service was excellent, the ring was perfect. The only gripe I have is that they shipped with FedEx, who promised it to be delivered Christmas Eve (Thursday). FedEx missed that day then promised Saturday, but no delivery! It did finally arrive Tuesday. I love Birkat Elyon, they could not be better! I would recommend any other shipper. FedEx stinks!!

Jan 29,2021I purchased my ring from Birkat Elyon to replace a 3.0 ct diamond ring lost last year. The transaction was uneventful- my ring arrived at the precise time they said it would be. The gold band is perfection- the quality and workmanship is as good as any I've ever seen. I don't know boo about CZ, so not qualified to opine about the quality of the stone itself. What I can say is that the stone looks absolutely amazing- more beautiful even than the diamond it replaced. It would never occur to me the stone might not be "real" if I did not know better. Looking back, I feel foolish having spent so much money on a diamond. Despite the fact it was fully insured, there was always a certain level of anxiety that it might be lost or stolen. What I have now is a ring more beautiful than the one it replaced and more enjoyable to wear. It need not be insured and if lost or stolen, not the end of the world. The ring is stunning.
