It might be worth telling the client that this "item" is custom made and will require a week or two. The woman whom I spoke with in nyc was very informative and once she indicated that the earring were a custom process, all my further questions were answered. I have used your company in the past and will continue to use it. Service was great.

Jul 21,2020The stones in the earring are great. I purchased the larger backs so they wouldn't droop. They droop and they are very taut, hart to put the back on. I bent the 14 kt white gold post trying to secure the back. My sister bought earrings, necklace and ring 2 years ago and everything was and still is fine. I am a little disappointed in the quality......
