Dec 28,2020The item is beautiful. It took longer than anticipated to get shipped, but they then paid for overnight. FedEx dropped the ball and delivered it in 3 days - but was still here for Christmas. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Dec 08,2020Could not get a timely response to determine if item would be received before I was leaving. Very disappointing because I was contacted on Monday after multiple phone and email messages the prior week with no response. They advised was shipping and would arrive by Tuesday however I was in a position that I had to have the item by Tuesday and purchased another item on Sunday. Had they contacted me the prior week all would have been fine. Had to request the order be canceled, they did and refunded my payment. Too many businesses today are using COVID-19 as a reason for delays and poor service. I can understand the difficulty in the beginning but we have been dealing with this for too long not to have adapted by now.
