Apr 05,2020Love the ring but the curve is for a 3 carat and I have a 2 carat so there is a gap. I’d suggest you make a 2 carat version so the fit is more accurate. Great quality and service.

I wanted to make sure I had my new rings for my wedding and they absolutely came thru in short time. I purchased my original engagement ring from here in white gold but wanted a rose gold setting instead and a smaller stone and the set arrived in time for the big day. They were even willing to ship it to my hotel that I was staying at if no one was able to swing by my house day of wedding if it didnt come the day before.. which it did.. can not say enough good things about the company and their products.. always in perfect condition and even better in person..

Mar 19,2020The stone was pretty - I bought a 1.25 pear. I work in the industry - much nicer than I could find elsewhere on 47 st. That said, it was very poorly cut. There was a “waist” of shadow along it - which just shows whomever cut it was not experienced. We used it anyway ... and its pretty... but perhaps hire better cutters going forward?

Mar 15,2020I was so impressed with the videos and website pictures that I purchased an almost 800 dollar ring. OMG when I got it, it looked nothing like the video or the picture. It was cheap looking with cloudy, dull stones, and no sparkle at all. I took it outside to see if it was the inside lightning, but it looked worse in natural light. I sent it back the same day, and they kept some of my money just to take it out of the box and put it back in one of their little bags and in a drawer. I asked for all of my money back as it was in the mail same day that I received it. No one replied, and months later still no full refund! Ugly product and deceptive pictures and videos. I told them if they showed the actual product that I was buying, I never would have purchased such a product.

Mar 12,2020This was my second order. I absolutely love the superior quality and spectacular beauty of your products. My first order came quite quickly without any issues. My customer service experience was very different the second time. After not receiving any notifications after 7 business days I called to check the status as I had an upcoming trip I was excited to take the ring on. The representative indicated my purchase would not be ready until the 10th business day and then with 2 day shipping I would not receive the ring until the day I was leaving. She indicated I could pay for 1 day shipment and confirmed I would receive it on time. She took my credit card information, told me the charges were $25 and again confirmed the delivery date. Though I was disappointed with an additional fee I was thankful for the opportunity to take my new ring on my trip. I then received a 2 day notification email that indicated I would not receive my ring in time. I called the customer service number in the morning and had to leave a message. I did not receive a call back. I had to call again in the afternoon. I recognized the representative’s voice but she had no recollection nor any documentation of the conversation or transaction as I could hear her shuffling through note papers. Needless to say my ring did not arrive in time and I had to make arrangements for someone to receive while i was gone. I did receive my ring once i returned and it is beautiful.
