Really happy with my purchase and great to be able to pick up in store and save on shipping. Best part was collecting my clothes though, so beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and carefully put in a bag for me. Felt really luxurious. Would definitely shop there again.

Fantastic service, on an excellent product. Sadly item damaged by Royal Mail and Amanda at Biscuit was just amazing in sourcing a replacement and getting the item to me extremely swiftly. Just what I had been hunting for and couldn't find elsewhere. Comfortable, well cut, soft cord trousers. Too expensive to repeat, but perhaps they will see me out, I hope so!

I ordered online and the parcel arrived super quickly. Sadly, in this instance, the item I’d chosen didn’t suit me, so I returned it for a refund. The money was back my account very promptly. Biscuit has a great selection of clothing and I will be ordering again. Would definitely recommend them.
