They gave me a discount code 10% off first purchase which I used on a dress the invoice came in at £350.10 but once dress arrived it was only £350 on the label in any case so obviously they had hitched the prices up which I did think of reporting to the trades descriptions act!! Not impressed

Great Advise! I bought this particular blouse from Biscuit because it said if you are between sizes select the smaller size. I would normally buy a size small but they only had an extra small but it fitted perfectly when it arrived and looked great.

Great little dress but too sheer for me so I returned. Generous sizing and pretty colour but reminded me a little of nightwear.

I ordered a cashmere jumper from the company and it never arrived. When I contacted them about it they said it wasn't their fault and blamed Royal Mail. Despite numerous phone calls and emails they have never refunded the money nor resent the item. They have been quite offhand when asked about it. This has been very disappointing as I have bought other items from the company which I liked.

I love shopping at Biscuit - great range of clothes, delivered quickly, friendly people whenever I've had a query. Just sad that the stores are Scotland based so too far to shop in!
