Overall, my experience with Biscuit was good. I got a good discount on a product I'd been looking for and dispatch was quick. It was a shame I had the wrong item delivered initially, but the mix up was fixed with ease once I spoke to the store and the right product was shipped straight out to me with a returns label included for me to send the other item back. Many thanks to Alice for getting things sorted out so efficiently.

Very happy with my skirt. Had accidentally ordered the wrong size. I phoned, had very helpful reception, received the correct size and the skirt is lovely and comfortable

Previous order was straightforward with quick turnaround. Sadly I had to return item with no issue - happy with five star service. The next time I ordered on line the order was confirmed shortly afterwards. I had to get in touch after waiting more than a few days as I had not heard anything. This was different from before. I was advised by the friendly assistant that the product was no longer available. Apologies where given and my account was promptly refunded. After previous good experience I felt disappointed that I had to get in touch to chase only to be told it was no longer in stock. Poor communication.

Biscuit has such an interesting range of things, from clothing to homeware and care has been taken to set everything out to its best advantage. The staff (well, it’s mainly the same one person any time I’ve been in) go out of their way to help you get what you want, and engage in discussing the clothing. It’s a really personal, helpful service.
