It is good to support a UK made (especially a London product) and the family were very happy with their purchases.

Mar 26,2023Visited for the first time at the Coal Drops Yard shop. I was looking for the great looking chinos, but extremely disappointed with customer service. First, one of the staff members made a point of saying how much they were ( ‘ you know they are £285?’ implying I couldn't afford?). Wasnt offered any help finding sizes. Then when I finally found & tried them, when asking for a larger size, was almost gleefully told by another staff member they dont make them any bigger, but they did in jeans (not offered any to try though). No mention of any possible alterations or even of the MTM service. All in all was made to feel like I wasnt cool, trendy or wealthy enough to be shopping there. Maybe the products are great, but with service like that, they wont be seeing me again. Phil
