I lost 2 stone on my own last year, but started suffering with a severe hormone imbalance that left me starving all the time regardless of how much I ate - and I'd started eating a LOT, making weight loss impossible. The Bodyline's programme has helped me eat a very normal amount of calories and stopped me bingeing entirely. I've lost a further 2 stone in 4 months and am now much more confident in myself. Thank you, thank you!

Discovering during lockdown that a remote service was available has been a gamechanger for me. Living 200 miles from the clinics when work commitments changed was going to prove difficult. The remote service is great; efficient, yet still friendly, encouraging and feel in good hands for medical checks. I am delighted that this service is made the clinic in reach for me again. I have lost 16kg and am joyous about this.

Iv been a member for a while and have only positive feedback for the service. Specifically my local clinic (Birkenhead) the team there are wonderful. Always available to give good advice and support. Even during one’s where I know I haven’t gave my full effort. Realistic monthly/3 monthly targets and professional staff who are also very personable and welcoming. My weight loss Has been great and I feel so much happier in myself.

This is a great all-round package. You get a text to let you know when 21 days are up so you can book your next appointment. Due to distance from the clinics I opt for the video conference, which is quick and easy to book with the friendly customer services folk. Even if they are busy and you have to leave a message they always contact you back and find an appointment to suit your lifestyle. At your appointment it is very reassuring to be able to speak to friendly clinical professionals who check your blood pressure and other measurements and who celebrate your successes with you. I am following a delicious low calorie mediterranean diet and have lost 8.25kg in combination with taking Phentermine slow release once a day. Cravings are banished, I am enjoying preparing healthy flavourful food and my husband has also lost weight as a result. Thank you Bodyline, this works!

At 42 years of age I have struggled endlessly with my weight management. I work out regularly, completed fade diets , also lost on main named dietary brands out there. But for some reason I could never maintain my loss for more than 12months. Always seemed to put back on some, not all, but enough to impact on my confidence, life and mental health requiring me to again revert to such diets. One change in my life which also gave me further impacts on my weight gain was reaching that moment in my life where i started to show signs of premenopausal which was later confirmed. Since joining the Stoke- clinic, and starting my weight loss journey with Bodyline, I can not express the difference in not only my physical appearance but also my mental attitude towards eating, and managing my weight loss. Overall i have lost 3 stone, i have dropped 4 dress sizes and most importantly reaslised that you can indeed eat well, treat yourself and maintain a great social life even when on a weight loss journey or managing the "maintain street" loss. The nurses who have been on my journey have been amazing (especially one impartial) and have become such an important part of the journey with me, telling me where i am going wrong and also telling me when i have time off and decide to go away to "enjoy yourself, you are allowed some time to just allow yourself eat and drink, not to worry, be free with your choices, just know your body and limits and then apply yourself after and most importantly to keep going " these words made such a difference to me because what i learnt was indeed that, i was helped to understand my body now ( which was help given by the nurses in my monthly consultations) and what would impact more on my weight or not .... so i had to adapt to just that. (2x cocktails at the max haha, not 10x ). Bodyline has given me my confidence back, taught me to understand my own body and what effects me, what doesn't and what is required to maintain an healthy lifestyle that does not impact on my social life and does not apply restrictions on anything i do. I eat 3 meals a day now, i don't graze , i don't starve myself and my energy levels are the best ever..... So thank you. And also if anyone is reading this.... please give it a go. You will never regret it, nor look back.

I can’t begin to explain to people how bodyline has changed my life. I have now lost close to 3 stone in 3 months and feel absolutely fantastic. After having 3 children I was at my heaviest and felt so ashamed and down. The bodyline staff have been nothing but supportive and encouraging and generally just wonderful for the whole journey. From the receptionists to the nurses they are simply fantastic. I explained I couldn’t come to clinics with having 3 young children but that was not a problem at all. I do the house based plan with zoom calls with the nurses and it has worked out perfectly for me. I love this plan, I have my confidence back I fit into clothes I would have only dreamt of a few more than ago and this is all in 3 months. I really could not recommend it enough.

Haven’t been this happy with myself for a long long time… tried lots of different diets etc over the years, but I soon got bored, but not this time, 3 stone lighter and smiling and laughing more and more importantly I don’t dread nights out anymore as I can now wear clothes that I could never get my big fat bum into. Would highly reccommend body line to everyone
