I started at bodyline July 21 and I weighed 14st 7lb, today I have been weighed I am now 12st 13lb, I am so happy I have lost so much and I am not finished yet…. I have been on and off with weight loss for years and tried many different diets and programmes, I have always struggled to keep up with it or I hit a plateau and can never get passed it. With Bodyline, I don’t feel judged, the appointments are flexible and the support is fantastic. This is my second time with Bodyline, the first time (many years ago and after having my first child) I dropped 4-5 dress sizes, but then as I got comfortable and had my second child I fell back into old habits. Then during lockdown I decided enough was enough! Back I went, weighing the same as an ostrich and feeling miserable about myself. The staff are knowledgeable about their products, give you the confidence to make your own choices and give you tips about switching up foods and drinks to help you along with your journey. Not to mention that the online support is available 24/7, I can call into the branch and use the Boditrax machine when I want to and can view my progress via the app at my leisure. The Phentermine tablets make you thirsty but increasing your water intake isn’t a bad thing, and now, 12 weeks later even if I miss a day or two, I’m noticing that my body has settled into a routine where I’m not as hungry, I’m fuller for longer off smaller meals and I’m having a drink before I eat as I’ve learned that I’m not always hungry, I just need a drink! I’m starting to feel more confident, happier and I’m looking forward to reaching my goals! I feel very lucky to have Bodyline available to me locally! Thank you!
