Mar 29,20153000W LiteFuze Step up/down Transformer: Good product fair price, but had to open up the transformer cover, because the coil securing bolt was not properly torqued down. Transformer "Klunked" when tipped from vertical. When shipping packages by FedEx send the client the tracking number. This will facilitate delivery. Because I couldn't know when to be ready to receive it, I missed my delivery. I had the door tag option of a second attempt (next day or so) or transfer to a local FedEx storefront (available in 12-48 hours). With a flight within 18 hours picked the later. Luckily everything worked out. When shipping to city residences, where multiple FedEx storefronts are available can you ship to a storefront? In many cases making this an option would be more reliable than than home delivery.

Mar 28,2015I became a little nervous at first as my ordered was canceled, but I called and the customer service informed me UPS had left my package and they had to cancel. They proceeded to tell me they had shipped my product next day since I had paid for two day to guarantee I would receive on time. Really appreciated it. Most companies would not have done that. I will recommend!!!

Apr 23,2015Buying directly from Bombay Electronics for this product was the best choice for price and free shipping. In additional, the "free shipping" was sent Priority USPS mail and unexpected. The cooker was well packed and the instructions and recipes are clear. Trial cooking results are excellent at home. Slight metal discoloration is noted but expected and explained. This unit is extra great for a single person's needs. Only time will tell more about this cooker and so far it is a good deal and acts well too.
