Jan 10,2015Bought my player on Friday, they shipped it on Monday, arrived on Tuesday. Used FedEx Home Shipping for the order, and it was great. I highly recommend these guys, cause how they do region-free players is beyond awesome.

Jan 10,2015I was not able to play my UK PAL type DVDS until I bought this Samsung DVD (All Regions) Player from Bombay Electronics. This machine plays perfectly as I had hoped it would. The price was right, shipping was fast, and all communications with Bombay was actual a, friendly and most helpful. I give them my highest recommendation!

Jan 09,2015Pioneer DVD-2242 worked great with English instructions. Took a couple tries to power up the unit correctly so that it would sync with US TV. (Distorted b/w is symptom of the unit expecting a Euro TV). Now it's working great with very sharp picture, using both US and Euro DVD's. Only other small problem was the inclusion of 2 dead batteries for the remote. Definitely a good buy so far. Very much appreciated the availability of a toll-free help line, though I did not use it.

Jan 07,2015I have a good feeling towards the customers service provided. The website is user friendly. I only wish they had shipping in Djibouti, Africa. I ddint see a link for shipping to thsi remote location. However I still rate a posotive experience in products and service up to this point.

Jan 06,2015I was traveling to Europe so I ordered 220-240 vats blender from Bombay Electronics, about 2 weeks prior to my trip. I got confirmation email and I was just waiting for it to arrive. 10 days later I got notification from PayPal about money refund from Bombay Electronics. I called BE and they told me that they didn't have item and they just refunded money. I was very upset and disappointed because they didn't bother to notify me about it (I got email from PayPal not Bombay Electronics), and I didnt have enough time to order another one :(

Jan 02,2015The device was shipped promptly from a US shipping location and arrived via UPS in a day or two. Very fast! I was kept informed with emails throughout the process. I was able to verify functionality with a German market Blu-ray disk that was marked region code 2 (shouldn't it be labeled BR-region B?). Worked out of the box! I got what I wanted! Very happy.

Dec 31,2014The "region free" dvd player performs exactly as advertised. However, the promised free hdmi cable was not included in the package. My main complaint with the player is that TWO buttons on the front of the device must be pushed simultaneously to convert the output to NTSC. This is a bit tricky for those of us with arthritic fingers. Also, like others have said, the fact that the open/close button is available only on the front of the machine is inconvenient. Otherwise, I'm happy with the machine and hope it lasts.
