Feb 14,2025I don't understand. I typed in luxor hotel in Vegas and I received a confirmation from you. I don't even know how I was,taking to whatever website this is. This needs to be refunded in full so I can make the real reservations on the Luxor website.

Feb 14,2025First of all tell a person they are not speaking to the hotel reservation desk. I was trying to get reservations for my son's funeral and didn't realize that I wasn't talking to the hotel.when I was finished the man was kind enough to give me the number for the front desk at the hotel. When I called them they didn't have the reservation I had just made.I want to cancel the reservation imad with you as I had to do them again with the hotel. Just very upset with your poor way of doing business.

Feb 13,2025I'd like to make others aware that this booking website is nefarious. I booked with representative on this website who assured me that I would be entitled to a full refund up until 72 hours of my reservation. I booked two months in advance. I canceled my reservation 3 hours later and I still have not received my entire refund. Each time I call this company they tell give me a different reason why my entire refund has not been returned. I would not trust this website if I were you! They are not trustworthy! Book directly with a hotel that you can trust!

Feb 13,2025This company is a joke in regard to customer service. Noted a mistake in my reservations within a few minutes of booking. Hit me with a 33 dollar cancellation fee. it was 2 weeks before the reservation. Note to self stay away for these services and book directly with the hotel and avoid these petty thieves.
