Nov 28,2024I was charged with add on fees totalling 1/3rd of my hotel reservation cost. I was sent to bookonline.com through the hotel website. This company is a consumers nightmare. I checked the Better Business Bureau website and discovered how so many people were also deceived by their booking processes. They too were charged with unbelievable fees and some up to $500. Most customers were clearly not satisfied in the end with the company's resolution to their online trickery. My advice is to go with a trusted booking company with a reliable reputation and clear online information.
