Jan 30,2025Not enough detail on the receipt for proof for reimbursement by United Airlines who is requesting check in and check out times and although we came in at 9:30pm and left at 6:00am, we certainly didn't overstay our welcome. I have asked for a more detailed receipt and was told it would be sent to the escalation team. I called again tonight after not receiving anything more detailed, and the woman said she would escalate it again. Why didn't I get this review the first time around?
